About the Gateway Program
The Gateway Program is designed to be a more individualized reading and math program. Classes are smaller and students in this program have the opportunity to receive more one on one attention and help. Students may stay in the program for up to three years .Archives
Beginning Curriculum Units
8th Grade starts the year with positive and negative numbers. All operations with integers will be covered early on.
7th Grade will begin with a review of fractions and then jump right into using them with ratio and rates.
6th Grade starts off by learning the concepts of fractions and how to apply them to different situations.
