Halloween brought Math Game Day to the Gateway Program. We teamed up with the Whitworth students that help in the after school program to practice skills and play math games. Lots of fun was had by all.

The Jog-a-thon was lots of fun for all. Here are some pictures of the festivities.
Sixth grade is off to a good start. We are working on the commutative and associative properties and have begun working in the new math book. The kids are also working hard practicing the multiplication facts in order to be eligible for the sixth grade ice cream sundae party in late November. The final test will be November 18th and a score of 90/100 must be achieved in 3 minutes in order to participate.
